You can reach me via email at "mike at coachk dot net". Why do I write it like that? Writing an email address using words rather than symbols will help avoid junk mail. So, make sure you use the @ symbol and use a period, just like you normally would.

If you prefer to talk by telephone, my number is 856-461-6100 x 3528. There is no indicator in my room to tell me that I have received a message, however, and sometimes a few days may go by before I remember to check that number. If that happens, please feel free to call again, or email me and let me know that you are expecting a return call. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience in using the phone system.

The best times to reach me are between 6:45 and 7:20 AM; during 3rd period, 5th period, 7th period, and 9th period; between 2:15 and 2:35.
